2019 Individual Registration

What is Individual Registration?
Competitive JO Teams (those playing in tournaments) must register individually and will receive accident and liability insurance as part of their registration. Coverage is in effect whenever the team plays or practices as a team in any organization play, not just USA Softball! The cost is $12 per person for a $250 deductible plan. Each adult that registers gets their own copy of the USA Softball rule book and the team also gets one free score book. (Managers will get your books from your local district commissioner.)

How can you register?
You can register on-line and pay with a credit card (processing fees apply) or download the form and mail it with payment to the USA Softball Missouri office. You will need your players/coaches names, addresses and birth dates. Birth certificates for your players must be on-file at the USA Softball Missouri office. A state issued ID card can also be used. If you aren't sure if a player's birth certificate is on file, please e-mail JO Commissioner Kristy Rich (kristy@rollacity.org) and she can check the database.

Additional Insureds
USA Softball Missouri can provide you with ADDITIONAL INSURED certificates for field or facility owners for NO CHARGE! Just e-mail the name of the field/facility, address, phone and manager or owners name to kristy@rollacity.org.
